The month of Av is the saddest month of the Jewish year.When the temple was destroyed on the 9th of Av.Which works out to Sunday 18th July 2021. The Jews fast from Sundown on Saturday 17th July to sundown Sunday 18th July. They read the book of Lamentations. Which you can hear on thsi page.
